The team will be trained in small groups, carefully handpicked by our HR department, according to the skill level of each resource and the responsibilities that pertain to their respective positions.
For example, for the PM (project managers) and POC (points of contact) the first intensive course will be related to their abilities to manage a team and to effectively communicate with clients. These training courses are aligned with and supported by the themes covered in our weekly English classes. The goal of this new program is to greatly improving the communication skills of our team with our US and other foreign clients. Day to day we work really hard to provide the best service, improve our practices, and gain more knowledge.
